She has extensive professional experience in various areas of HR, ranging from talent management and acquisition to training to the comprehensive cultural transformation of a company in line with its long-term strategies.
Markéta Pavelková has been working in HR for almost 15 years. She launched her professional career after graduating in Philology at the University of Pardubice with leading technology company Delphi, which mainly develops and supplies components for the automotive industry. Under her leadership, Makro has been named the Czech Republic's Retail Employer of the Year for three consecutive years.
“I like to say that the people who are part of the Coca-Cola system are the secret ingredient to our company’s success. That’s why I am very pleased that Markéta has joined us. Not only has she become an important part of the inspiring and inclusive environment in which we all operate, but her extensive HR experience will contribute to the development and professional growth of each of our employees,” said Dan Timotin, CEO of Coca-Cola HBC Czech Republic and Slovakia.
