  • Be prepared for video interviews! We know your busy. This is why we decided to use video interviews already a while ago. You might experience one or even two types of video interviews: a recorded video interview and a live video interview. The difference: For the first one we have recorded the interview questions and you can do your part of the interview whenever you like. Live interviews are video calls we all got used to by now. You will receive further instructions, etc. when it´s time.

We believe that you need more than experience and that everyone can acquire new skills. Still, every position at Coca-Cola HBC requires a  specific set of skills, attitudes and competencies. Assessment centers come in multiple forms: We use aptitude tests, situational judgement tests, group and individual simulation exercises, and role plays during the selection process. Regardless of the position you are applying for, all information about the associated tests will be provided in advance, along with instructions.
