Information for whistleblowers according to whistleblower protection regulations
Coca-Cola HBC Česko a Slovensko, s.r.o. ("CCHBC Česko a Slovensko") in accordance with the legislation on the protection of whistleblowers, in particular the Czech Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers, and the Slovak Act No. 54/2019 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers of Anti-Social Activities and on Amendments to Certain Acts, published information on the submission of reports under these regulations.
Reporting methods
Reports can be submitted in accordance with the Whistleblowing Policy and the Local Specific Addendum to the Whistleblowing Policy through the internal whistleblowing system.
Reports can also be submitted under the conditions laid down by the legislation on the protection of whistleblowers
- in relation to activities in the Czech Republic through the external reporting system of the Ministry of Justice, by means published by the Ministry of Justice on the website https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/;
- in relation to activities in Slovakia through the external whistleblowing system of the Office for the Protection of Whistleblowers published by the Office for the Protection of Whistleblowers on the website of https://www.oznamovatelia.sk/.

Exclusion of receiving notifications from persons who do not perform work or other similar activities for CCHBC Česko a Slovensko
CCHBC Česko a Slovensko does not exclude the receipt of notifications from a person who does not perform work or other similar activities for CCHBC Česko a Slovensko pursuant to Sec. 2 para. 3 lit. (a), (b), (h) or (i) of the Czech Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
