During his studies, Tomáš worked in top-level companies as a bartender and manager. In 2004, he joined the legendary Prague bar Bugsy’s. He also gained experience during his work stays abroad, for example in Germany or Japan. In 2014, he was Robert De Niro’s personal bartender at the Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. After studying Gastro/Horeca Management at the University, he threw himself into building the MIXOLOGIST company as a dynamic modern beverage catering company with the motto “Drink different”.
