Supply chain overview

The core purpose of our supply chain is to manufacture and deliver top-quality goods, in optimum time and at optimum cost while seeking to minimise our environmental footprint.

Each year, the Prague-Kyje plant produces 34.5 million beverages in a range of packaging forms. The beverages are distributed in most cases to our 60,000 customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Achieving this result demands close cooperation between our specialists in purchasing, planning, warehousing, distribution, customer logistics, and quality and sustainability. In our quest to improve the efficiency of our supply chain even further, some of it links to Coca Cola HBC supply chains in neighbouring countries (Austria, Hungary).
